DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY
This Digital Product Policy applies to all AI Client Engine digital products, including:
- AI Client Engine Handbook
- AI Client Engine CORE
- 200 Client-Winning AI Templates
- AI Client Engine PRO
- AI Client Engine Full Suite
1. DIGITAL DELIVERY
AI Client Engine products are supplied digitally.
Following successful payment, customers receive access or delivery instructions through the applicable checkout or digital-delivery system.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and following the delivery instructions provided after purchase.

2. IMMEDIATE DIGITAL DELIVERY
Where a customer requests or receives immediate access to digital content, delivery may begin shortly after successful payment.
Where required by applicable consumer law, immediate delivery will begin only after the customer has:
- expressly consented to the immediate supply of the digital content; and
- expressly acknowledged the legal effect that immediate performance may have on the statutory right of withdrawal.
The applicable checkout process will determine how this consent and acknowledgement are collected.
3. STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Digital Product Policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Where the legal requirements for an exception to the statutory withdrawal right have not been validly satisfied, the customer retains the rights provided by applicable law.
4. COMMERCIAL 14-DAY CONDITIONAL IMPLEMENTATION GUARANTEE
AI Client Engine separately offers a voluntary 14-Day Conditional Implementation Guarantee as described in the Terms of Use.
This commercial guarantee is separate from statutory consumer rights and does not replace them.
5. LICENCE
Purchase provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased materials for the customer’s own personal or internal business purposes.
Unless written permission is granted, customers may not:
- resell the original product
- redistribute purchased files
- upload purchased materials publicly
- sublicense product access
- present the original materials as their own standalone product
- reproduce or distribute substantial parts of the purchased materials.
6. BUSINESS RESULTS
AI Client Engine provides educational and operational digital resources.
No specific number of clients, leads, sales, revenue, profit, conversion rate or other commercial result is guaranteed.
Results depend on the customer’s implementation, market, offer, pricing, audience, execution and other factors outside AI Client Engine’s control.
7. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
AI Client Engine may reference or recommend third-party software, platforms, AI tools, payment services, automation tools, integrations, or other external services.
These third-party services are provided and controlled by their respective owners. AI Client Engine does not control their availability, pricing, functionality, security, policies, performance, or future changes.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms, privacy policies, licences, costs, and usage requirements of any third-party tool they choose to use.
AI Client Engine is not responsible for losses, interruptions, data issues, account restrictions, service changes, or other consequences caused by third-party products or services.
